1. Send your requirement: Use the quote form, WhatsApp or email. A route (sites, distance, fiber loss, capacity) or a parts list is enough; attach diagrams if you have them.
2. Engineering reply within 24 hours: An engineer checks the configuration against the documented specifications and replies with a proposed bill of materials and any questions.
3. Formal quotation: Price, warranty, lead time, Incoterms and payment terms are written in the quotation, so you can compare it line by line.
4. Evaluate first if you need to: For new platforms, start with an evaluation unit or a small first order before volume.
5. Order and delivery: After the purchase order, you receive the order confirmation and shipping documents for your customs clearance.
6. Support after installation: Technical questions go through OptiLibra, with direct access to the manufacturer engineering team for configuration and after-sales issues.
